Get Your Life (and Death) Together

There’s still time to join us on April 27 for this casual, drop-in event, as we dispel fears and help community members clarify their wishes for end-of-life care and planning. Small group-style chats with experts from Larkspur Conservation, Sunny Care Services and Alive will help participants clarify what they can do today to better prepare in an approachable, life-affirming way. Refreshments will be provided by Thistle Farms. Register here!
We also offer FREE estate and advance care planning resources, click here for online tools from Giving Docs.

All ages and abilities welcome. A suggested donation of $5 per person to cover the cost of materials is appreciated.
