Patient and Family Resources
Our social workers, chaplains, grief counselors, and volunteers are available to help with everything from care logistics to companionship for family and patients to individual counseling and support groups.
Grief Support Resources
Grief impacts everyone differently. That’s why we offer a wide range of resources to help individuals and families as they walk through the grieving process.
Alive’s Care & Facilities Videos
-
At-Home Hospice Care
Most Americans say they would prefer to be at home at the end of their lives. We care for ninety percent of our patients in their homes with those they love close at hand.
-
Inpatient Hospice Care
Alive is the only hospice in Middle Tennessee with two in-patient residences designed to support patients who need around-the-clock help with symptom control, family caregivers who need a respite, and those without another place to call home.
-
Pediatric Hospice
Our pediatric program helps families find strength when their children face serious and life-threatening illnesses. One mother shares her story to help others, here.
-
Grief Support
Alive provides grief support to the entire Middle Tennessee community, not just those who had a loved one in our care. Our expert grief counseling is affordable thanks to the support of our donors.
-
Grief Support Camps
Children and teens need a safe place to heal from grief and have fun with friends experiencing the same thing. When you support Alive, you make this possible.
