Hope for the Holidays
If you are facing grief at the “most wonderful time of the year,” or would like to support someone who is, please join us for this seminar on 11/17 & 12/1 while we find Hope for the Holidays. The holiday focus on togetherness, gratitude, and celebration can present a challenge for those of us who have lost someone important and make the space they left empty all the more real. Register below.
Five-Week Holiday Series Forming Now!
The Life After Loss: Surviving the Holidays support group launches on 12/2 and is for men and women seeking practical coping strategies during the holidays after the death of a loved one. Topics to be discussed include dealing with hard-hitting emotions, what to do about traditions, how to survive the social events, and where to find comfort and strength.

Guests will be socially distanced. Register below.
National Hospice & Palliative Care Month!
According to the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, every year nearly 1.6 million people living with a life-limiting illness receive care from hospice and palliative care providers in the U.S. Learn more about our care and how you can get involved.
PS – Keep an eye out for the Korean Vets Bridge (downtown Nashville) on 11/14, lit in honor of this month and Alive’s 46 years of service to the community.
Art Alive (Virtual)
Join us the third Wednesday of the month (11/17) for a virtual art therapy group focused on loss and change. November’s project is: Dark and Light. No art experience is necessary. (A $5.00 fee covers the cost of materials, which are provided to participants in advance of the workshop.) Register below.

On 11/24 participants will experience the vibration and auditory properties of sound to achieve a relaxed state. Headphones are recommended but not necessary. Register below.
