Finding Joy and Connection at Alive’s Fall Family Retreat
Earlier this month, Alive’s Grief Center hosted a heartwarming Family Retreat where families came together to honor their grief through creativity, connection, and play. From memory boxes and expressive arts to ziplining and pumpkin decorating, the retreat offered space for both remembrance and joy. Thanks to generous support from United Way and other donors, families across Middle Tennessee were able to experience a day filled with healing and hope. Read More

This November, Alive’s Grief Center is joining the national Flip the Script Campaign to raise awareness during Children’s Grief Awareness Month. With 1 in 11 children in the U.S., and 1 in 8 in Tennessee, expected to experience the death of a parent or sibling by age 18, the need for compassionate support is urgent.
