Own Your Obituary
Facilitated by Amy-Lyles Wilson, Story Coach and Spiritual Director, Alive’s Grief Center is hosting an Own Your Obituary writing workshop on March 11 from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Even if what we write won’t be used as our official death notice to the world, it can help us identify what’s important in the here and now. This workshop is not about critique or comparison; it’s about honoring our lives in the language we choose. Bring your favorite journal and writing instrument. Refreshments will be provided.

Finding Lost Words
Join us on 3/15 for this in-person writing workshop, helping participants cope with loss through self-expression. Guided by a facilitator, participants will engage in writing activities that culminate in creating a poem based on a provided prompt. Register here.
Walking Through Grief
Grief is anything but a walk in the park. Join us every Tuesday at 10 a.m. for a weekly walk at Brentwood Library walking path with Alive Grief Counselors and other grieving community members to connect with others and the healing that comes with being in nature.
