April 16 is Healthcare Decisions Day, and we are co-hosting a casual, drop-in event on April 27 to dispel fears and help community members clarify their wishes for end-of-life care and planning. Small group-style chats with experts from Larkspur Conservation, Sunny Care Services and Alive will help participants clarify what they can do today to better prepare. Refreshments will be provided by Thistle Farms.

- Completing your advance care directive to outline your wishes for medical care
- Organizing your digital estate
- Making a plan for what you want done with your body
- Visit our free guest notary to complete important documentation on the spot!
