Alive’s Winter Grief Journey Groups are forming now! These 8-week therapeutic groups are led by a professional grief counselor and are designed specifically for adults who have experienced the death of someone significant to them. In this supportive environment, participants will hear from others who have experienced similar losses, share strategies for coping and find hope for the future. See details below!

Groups meet every Thursday, February 9th-March 30th. The deadline to register is February 2, and a one-time payment of $80.00 covers the cost of participation for the 8-week series; scholarships available. Find the group that is right for you below:
Spouse Loss Group:
- Thursday afternoons, 1-2:30 p.m., Hybrid (attend virtually, or in-person at our Nashville Grief Center)
- Thursday evenings, 6-7:30 p.m., Virtual
Loss of a Loved One:
- Thursday evenings, 6-7:30 p.m., Hybrid (attend virtually, or in-person at our Nashville Grief Center)
To register, complete our group registration form: Grief Journey Group Registration 2023, and a staff member will contact you to confirm attendance. Participants attending virtually will receive a Zoom link on February 9.
