Let's Talk About Death!
Join us on October 5 as we co-host a casual, drop-in event with Larkspur Conservation and Sunny Care Services and come together to plan for death in an approachable, life-affirming way. Small group-style chats with experts from Larkspur Conservation, Sunny Care Services and Alive will help participants clarify what they can do today to better prepare. Refreshments will be provided.

When: October 5, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Where: Larkspur Conservation (5201 Alabama Ave, Nashville, TN 37209)
What: This is a casual, drop-in event. Come and join us for however long you can. Delicious snacks, beer, and other refreshments will be provided! Experts will be present to help you with:
- Completing your advance care directive to outline your wishes for medical care
- Organizing your digital estate
- Making a plan for what you want done with your body
- A visit with our free guest notary to complete important documentation on the spot!
