Alive Spring 2023 Newsletter

As spring unfolds with new life around us, we’re looking forward to our annual Butterfly Release in just a few weeks. This is a special time for remembering loved ones who have died while finding strength and joy in the love we still have for them.

We’re also preparing for Healthcare Decisions Day in April. We encourage you to talk to your friends and families about hospice care and advance care planning. We have all the resources you need!

Our 30th season of Alive & The Bluebird is underway with great fundraising results, so far, and more shows to come. Read on for the details and more updates, PLUS stories from the community!

Student fundraiser for hospice patients and familiesHelp Sponsor Belle!

Alive’s youngest supporter, Belle Yeagle, and Harding Academy helped raise nearly $17,000 last week in support of Alive during the school’s annual Jump and Hoop it Up event. Belle’s father was cared for by Alive, and her essay describing the support she and her family received from Alive won the event’s support. If you’d like to give, there’s still time. Donations are being accepted until March 19. Click here to sponsor Belle!
