Alive and social worker Shannon Ripani honored by Erie Chapman Foundation

We are excited and humbled to announce that Alive and Shannon Ripani, a social worker at Alive are joint recipients of an Erie Chapman Foundation Servant’s Heart Award for 2020. Due to COVID-19, there were no applications solicited or applied for this year, and Alive’s reputation of expert care and deep compassion drew the attention of the foundation’s board.

Ripani not only embodies the traits of compassion, humanity, and leadership that are central to the Erie Chapman Foundation, but she personifies Alive’s mission to enrich the lives of those we serve.

“The Foundation is dedicated to supporting only those organizations and individuals that consistently deliver superior care. We believe that each encounter can be sacred and meaningful and are pleased to know that Alive Hospice represents this standard,” says Erie Chapman, President/CEO of the Erie Chapman Foundation.
