The holiday season is a time to delight in family traditions and share the comfort and light they generate as far and wide as we can.
At Alive, one of our favorite traditions was started by two young boys, Mason and Jeremy Upchurch. We look forward to seeing them each year when they bring fresh evergreens to our residences to brighten the rooms of our patients. Mason and Jeremy’s mother Denise loved Christmas. When she died from cancer in our Nashville residence, the boys decided to honor her memory by making this special gift each year to our staff and patients.
