Welcome Jamie Pedder, Director of Community Relationships

Jamie Pedder developed his passion for hospice care when his father and father-in-law received hospice services, and he learned how amazing that time could be with the proper care and support.

He joins Alive from Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice in Tacoma, Washington where he served as Director of Business Development. During his one and a half years there he increased the agency’s profitability more than 25% and increased their insurance payor mix by 20%. Jamie is an expert in payor/profitability analytics and referral source relationship-building. He is very team focused, and his 23 years of sales and management experience includes time with Les Schawb, TridentCare, Kindred at Home, and Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice.

Jamie’s wife Sarah is a RN Acute Care Specialist for Medline, his daughter Braydee is a nursing student at The University of Alabama, and his son Reid works as a HVAC tech in Washington. He has two Shar-Pei’s, Chad and Murphy, and enjoys working out and going on vacations. We are pleased to welcome him to Alive!
