As the only non-profit hospice in the region, we are committed to providing the extra services that truly make a difference for our patients and families. Alive’s Henry Hooker Connect (Alive Connect) telehospice program provides 24/7 virtual access to a patient’s care team, reduces emergency room visits, and decreases caregiver stress.
Alive Connect offers comfort and relief to caregivers like Karen who is deaf and needs to lip-read to help care for her mother. It also keeps patients like John connected to family members. Read on to learn more about Alive Connect in action.
