The Residence at Alive Hospice – Murfreesboro has been filled to capacity since the day it opened its doors. Alive recently submitted a Certificate of Need application in order to expand the residence with six more beds. Construction will begin early in 2019 if all approvals are received.
“We have been caring for Murfreesboro residents in their own homes for more than 40 years. It was a dream come true to supplement our home hospice care by opening a brand new in-patient facility in 2017,” said Alive’s President/CEO Anna-Gene O’Neal. “We couldn’t have anticipated the demand to expand so quickly, but we are determined to meet this need in the community.”
