SoulCollage® (Virtual)

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts process that uses the power of images to encourage self-discovery. Each month on the second Wednesday (2/9) we will work on building and adding to our incredible deck of cards and deepening our understanding of ourselves through their use. Your guide through this process is Alive’s grief counselor and trained SoulCollage® Facilitator Terri Kuberski. Register below.

Recipes and Memories: A Grief Writing Workshop (Virtual)

Join us 2/12 as we write together in a supportive and encouraging environment to share stories about food, family, and friends. Food is about more than nutrition. It’s about memory and experience and connection. It’s oatmeal cookies on your grandmother’s front porch, or your younger sister who refused to eat the cranberry relish at Thanksgiving. These food-based memories serve to unite us with our past. Register below.

Walking Through Grief

Grief is anything but a walk in the park. Join us every Tuesday for a weekly walk at Centennial Park with Alive Grief Counselors and other grieving community members to connect with others and the healing that comes with being in nature. Register below.

Sound Bath Meditation (Virtual)

On 2/23 participants will experience the vibration and auditory properties of sound to achieve a relaxed state. Headphones are recommended but not necessary. Register below.

Mindfulness Moments

Need a moment of peace in your day? We invite you to join Alive on Zoom for a free and relaxing 30-minute guided meditation led by our volunteer, Ben Glover, every Thursday at 1 p.m. CST on Zoom. Register below.
