Alive & The Bluebird
This year’s Alive & The Bluebird series will consist of fifteen live streamed shows from The Bluebird over the course of the year. Shows will stream every Thursday at 7:30 PM Central in January (January 7, 14, 21, and 28) and the first Thursday of each month thereafter. Art Alive (Virtual)
Hosted by a licensed grief counselor, participants will have the opportunity to express their experience with loss and gain insight for the grief journey. January’s project will be Paper Word Weaving, taking place on the first Wednesday (1/6). We will explore words that provide comfort and support, weaving them to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Registered participants will receive a delivery of all materials needed to complete the month’s project prior to the first session. Register below.
Expressive Arts Workshop (Virtual)
Join us virtually on the second Wednesday of January (1/13) as we create Book Trees. Trees provide us with so many of our basic needs. Participants will learn and experience a meditative process of paper folding which will create a one-of-a-kind tree filled with self-care ideas. Materials will be available for pick-up at any of our five locations prior to the event. Register below.
Eight-Week Virtual Grief Journey Groups Forming Now!
Led by professional grief counselors, these groups are for those who have lost a spouse/partner or a loved one. All groups launch on January 14 using the Zoom online platform and will meet for eight consecutive Thursdays. Daytime and evening groups are available.
