COVID-19 Grief Groups
This group occurs on the fourth Monday (4/13) and the second Tuesday (4/26) of each month with afternoon and evening sessions available. Connect with others who have first-hand understanding of the complexity of a pandemic-related loss. Register below.
In-Person Drum Circle and Sound Bath
Free and fun for all ages! Join us 4/14 as we express ourselves through music. Located in our large, shady yard adjacent to Alive’s main campus, participants will be socially distant, yet together, while we build community through rhythm and shared experience. Due to COVID-19 precautions, attendance is limited, so register early! Register below.
Mindfulness Moments
Alive volunteers are offering FREE 30-minute mindfulness and wellness classes weekly and monthly to help you re-center and focus throughout the day. Weekly Guided Meditation will take place weekly on Thursdays at 1 p.m. CST. Monthly Virtual Yoga occurs every first Wednesday of the month at noon. Register below.
Art Alive (Virtual)
What we do with loss and grief matter. Hosted by a licensed grief counselor on 4/21, participants will have the opportunity to express their experience with loss and gain insight for the grief journey in April’s project, Paper Landscape. Registered participants will receive a delivery of all materials needed to complete the month’s project prior to the first session. Register below.
