Alive Hospice staff honored as Health Care Heroes!

HC-heroes-(1).jpgAlive Hospice staff members received honors again this year at the Nashville Business Journal's Health Care Heroes Awards! Congratulations to our own Becky Riney and Tammy Wilson for their well-deserved honors. 
Becky Riney, social worker at Alive Hospice Residence Nashville, was honored in the Health Care Advocate category.
Tammy Wilson, Call Center resource nurse, was honored in the Nurse category.
We'd also like to say congratulations to two friends of Alive Hospice who received honors:
  • Dr. Roy Elam, director, Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Vanderbilt and former chairman of the Alive Hospice Board of Directors (Lifetime Achievement Award)

  • Anna Grizzle, partner at Bass Berry & Sims and legal counsel for Alive Hospice (Health Care Professional Services category)

This is the third consecutive year that members of the Alive Hospice family have received honors as Health Care Heroes. Past winners include:

  • Alive Hospice Founders Dr. David and Mrs. Lynn Barton, Lifetime Achievement Award winners (2014)
  • Alive Hospice Pediatric Nurse Kellye Byrn, Nurse catgory (2013)
