Interfaith Fellowship Breakfasts

Advance Care Planning
In 7 Steps

This month's program will cover Advance Care Planning in 7 Steps. Community Relations Manager Keith T. King will discuss the importance of Advance Care Planning in conjunction with a personal planning tool, The Gift Initiative book. These books will be provided at no charge. Learn how to make an Advance Care Plan to ensure your end-of-life wishes will be understood and respected.
